RAYCHIN LIMITED is a leading manufacturer of Nimonic Nuts – a comprehensive range of precision nuts produced from age-hardenable nickel-chromium-cobalt superalloys, delivering exceptional high-temperature strength, oxidation resistance, and reliable performance in the most demanding aerospace, power generation, and defense applications. Nuts are critical components in bolted assemblies, providing secure clamping force and thread engagement while maintaining integrity under extreme thermal and mechanical loads. Our product line encompasses all major nut types including Nimonic hex nuts, Nimonic self-locking nuts, Nimonic bihexagonal nuts, Nimonic slotted nuts, and Nimonic weld nuts – all manufactured to the highest precision standards. Nimonic alloys (Nimonic 90, Nimonic 80A, Nimonic 75) are precipitation-hardenable nickel-based superalloys with high chromium and cobalt contents and additions of titanium and aluminum, providing outstanding mechanical properties up to 950°C (1740°F). These alloys exhibit high stress-rupture strength, excellent creep resistance, and good oxidation resistance in high-temperature environments. The high-temperature strength of Nimonic alloys is derived from gamma prime (γ') phase Ni₃(Al, Ti) precipitation hardening in a disordered FCC matrix. Our portfolio includes all standard and custom configurations manufactured to NAS, AN, MS, ANSI, ASTM, ASME, SAE, API, NACE, ISO, DIN and KS standards, including AMS 5829, BS HR2, BS HR5, ASTM B637, and DIN EN10269. Whether you require Nimonic nuts for gas turbine engines, missile systems, or high-temperature processing equipment, RAYCHIN delivers precision, quality, and full traceability. All mechanical properties are presented in MPa and ksi (kilopound per square inch).
