RAYCHIN LIMITED is a recognized expert in Incoloy button head cap screws — from Incoloy metric button head screws, Incoloy inch button head socket screws, Incoloy dome head screws to custom non-standard configurations across all major Incoloy grades. Button head cap screws feature a low-profile domed head with hex socket drive, providing a smooth appearance and reduced turbulence in fluid applications. The low-profile design makes them ideal for applications where clearance is limited or where a clean, aesthetic finish is required. Incoloy alloys are nickel-iron-chromium superalloys designed for high-temperature and corrosive service. The family includes Incoloy 800 series (800, 800H, 800HT) optimized for high-temperature strength and oxidation resistance up to 1150°C, and Incoloy 825/925 grades with molybdenum and copper additions for exceptional resistance to reducing acids and sour gas environments. The high nickel content ensures resistance to chloride stress corrosion cracking, while chromium provides oxidation resistance. Our portfolio includes button head cap screws manufactured to NAS, AN, MS, ANSI, ASTM, ASME, SAE, API, NACE, ISO, DIN and KS standards. Engineered for the most demanding environments where high-temperature strength, corrosion resistance, and low-profile fastening are critical. Incoloy button head cap screws are supplied in solution annealed condition (or aged for 925) with full traceability and third-party certifications.
The domed button head provides a smooth, streamlined appearance with no sharp edges. The low-profile head reduces clearance requirements and prevents snagging on moving parts. Ideal for applications where space is limited or where a clean, aesthetic finish is required.
The smooth, rounded head profile minimizes fluid turbulence in flow applications, making these screws ideal for piping systems, pumps, and fluid handling equipment where flow efficiency is critical.
Deep, accurate hex sockets allow for maximum key engagement and torque transfer without cam-out. Available with standard hex or Torx drive options for enhanced torque capability. Sizes from 1.5mm to 10mm (metric) and 1/16" to 3/8" (inch).
The smooth, recess-free head design prevents accumulation of debris, making these screws ideal for pharmaceutical, food processing, and clean room applications where hygiene is critical.
Incoloy metric button head cap screws manufactured to DIN 7380 and ISO 7380 standards. Available in metric (DIN 7380, ISO 7380) and inch sizes. The Torx drive allows for higher installation torque without damaging the recess. Ideal for applications requiring maximum torque transfer in corrosive environments. Available in sizes from M3 to M20 and #4 to 3/4".
Incoloy extra-low profile button head screws feature an even lower head height for applications with severe clearance limitations. Designed for use in confined spaces while maintaining adequate drive depth for positive engagement. Available in metric and inch sizes with hex socket or Torx drive. Ideal for aerospace, instrumentation, and precision equipment in corrosive environments.
Incoloy button head screws certified to NACE MR0175 / ISO 15156 for sour service applications in oil and gas industry. Incoloy 825 and 925 grades are qualified for H₂S environments at elevated temperatures. Incoloy 925 offers premium resistance to sulfide stress cracking with yield strengths up to 760 MPa in aged condition.
