RAYCHIN LIMITED is a recognized expert in Alloy 330 threaded rods — from continuous thread rods, double-end stud bolts, tap-end studs to fully custom configurations. Engineered for extreme heat environments up to 1150°C, these rods offer exceptional oxidation resistance, carburization resistance, and thermal stability. Our portfolio includes UNC/UNF and metric threads, rolled or cut threads, and lengths up to 4000mm. Manufactured to NAS, AN, MS, ANSI, ASTM, ASME, SAE, API, NACE, ISO, DIN, KS – or custom to your drawing. Supplied with matching Alloy 330 hex nuts upon request.
Fully threaded Alloy 330 continuous thread rods for applications requiring threading along the entire length. Ideal for tie rods, anchor bolts, and HVAC supports in high-temperature environments. Available in standard 1m, 2m, 3m lengths or custom cut.
Alloy 330 double-end stud bolts feature threads on both ends with an unthreaded center section. Supplied with two heavy hex nuts manufactured from matching Alloy 330 material. Ideal for flange connections and pressure vessels.
Alloy 330 tap-end studs feature a longer thread on one end for permanent installation into tapped holes, with a standard thread on the opposite end for nut engagement. Commonly used in furnace covers and removable fixtures.
Alloy 330 fully threaded rods provide maximum thread engagement. Partial thread rods feature an unthreaded center section for shear applications. Both configurations available in all standard diameters.
Alloy 330 threaded rods available in all standard thread forms: UNC, UNF, metric coarse, metric fine, UNJ, and MJ threads. Classes 2A, 3A, 6g, and custom tolerances.
Alloy 330 custom threaded rods manufactured to your prints: special lengths up to 6000mm, left-hand threads, reduced ends, drilled heads, or non-standard diameters.
Our Alloy 330 threaded rods are manufactured from material meeting these worldwide specifications:
UNS N08330 1.4886 X12NiCrSi35-16 ASTM B511 ASTM B535 ASTM B546 AMS 5716 NAS 330 AN 330
Our Alloy 330 threaded rods are produced from certified melts conforming to ASTM B511 limits:
All threaded rods are supplied in the solution annealed condition (1038‑1066°C / water quench). Minimum tensile requirements per ASTM B511 for bar stock:
Alloy 330 is specifically formulated for elevated temperature service. Short‑time elevated temperature tensile properties and rupture data:
Oxidation resistance: Continuous service in air up to 1150°C (2100°F); excellent resistance to scaling, carburization, and nitriding. The silicon addition enhances oxide spallation resistance during thermal cycling.
Alloy 330 offers excellent corrosion resistance in both high-temperature and aqueous environments:
Our Alloy 330 threaded rods are produced from solution-annealed bar stock. Threads are rolled for improved grain flow and fatigue resistance, or cut for custom configurations. Each lot undergoes solution annealing (1038-1066°C) and water quenching to guarantee optimum high-temperature properties. In-house PMI verification ensures material conformity.
Full traceability from melt to finished product. Certificates EN 10204 3.1/3.2. NDT (PT, MT, UT) available. Quality system: ISO 9001:2015, AS9100D. Compliant with NAS, AN, MS, ANSI, ASTM, ASME, SAE, API, NACE, ISO, DIN, KS, JIS, GB. Thread gauging per ASME B1.2 and B1.3M.
Our Alloy 330 threaded rods are widely used in demanding high‑temperature assemblies:
Matching Alloy 330 heavy hex nuts, flat washers, and coupling nuts available for complete bolting sets.
Engineers with deep expertise in high‑temperature alloys. We ensure proper solution annealing and rapid quench for every Alloy 330 threaded rod. In‑house PMI and mechanical testing guarantee material conformity to ASTM B511.
ISO 9001:2015, AS9100D. Extensive stock of inch & metric sizes in various lengths. Fast turnaround for prototypes and emergency shutdowns. 24/7 customer support.
Special lengths up to 6000mm, left‑hand threads, reduced ends, step diameters, and custom end configurations. High‑temperature anti‑seize coatings and passivation available.
Manufactured to NAS, AN, MS, ANSI, ASTM, ASME, SAE, API, NACE, ISO, DIN, KS. Full traceability with EN 10204 3.1/3.2 certifications. We speak English, German, Mandarin, Japanese.
