1. Nitronic Fastener Product Range
? Nitronic 50 Hex Bolts
Nitronic 50 hex bolts provide roughly twice the yield strength of 316 stainless steel, combined with excellent chloride pitting resistance. Manufactured to ASME B18.2.1, DIN 931/933, and ISO 4014. Sizes from 1/4″ to 2″ and M6 to M48. Ideal for marine hardware, chemical processing flanges, and pump casing bolting.
? Nitronic 60 Socket Head Cap Screws
Nitronic 60 socket head cap screws per ASME B18.3 deliver outstanding galling resistance—making them the definitive choice for assemblies that must be repeatedly made up and broken out without thread seizure. Sizes from #4 to 1″ and M3 to M24. Ideal for valve stems, bridge bearing assemblies, and industrial wear plates.

Nitronic stud bolts are available in both Nitronic 50 (high strength) and Nitronic 60 (anti‑galling). Double‑end studs per ASME B16.5, fully threaded studs per ASME B18.31.2 and DIN 976. Diameters from 1/4″ to 2‑1/2″ and M6 to M64. Lengths up to 3 meters. Rolled threads for optimal fatigue life.

Nitronic threaded rod (continuous‑thread studding) is cut to your specified length with chamfered ends. Available in both Nitronic 50 and Nitronic 60, diameters from 1/4″ to 2‑1/2″ and M6 to M64. Full lot certification and PMI testing included as standard.
