RAYCHIN LIMITED is a leading manufacturer of Inconel fasteners – including Inconel bolts, Inconel nuts, Inconel screws, Inconel washers, Inconel stud bolts, and Inconel threaded rods. These nickel-chromium superalloy fasteners are engineered for extreme environments: high temperatures up to 1095°C (2000°F), cryogenic service, and highly corrosive media. Our portfolio includes all standard and custom configurations manufactured to NAS, AN, MS, ANSI, ASTM, ASME, SAE, API, NACE, ISO, DIN and KS standards. We supply Inconel 600, 625, 718, 601, X-750 with full traceability, third-party inspections, and certifications (EN 10204 3.1/3.2). In-house testing: PMI, mechanical, NDT. Whether you need Inconel 718 bolts for aerospace, Inconel 625 stud bolts for offshore platforms, or Inconel threaded rods for chemical reactors, RAYCHIN delivers precision, quality, and expertise. All mechanical properties are presented in MPa and ksi (kilopound per square inch).
Inconel bolts and screws available in hex head, socket head cap, button head, flat head, pan head, and custom configurations. Grades: 600, 625, 718, 601, X-750. Thread classes 2A, 3A, UNJF-3A, 6g. Sizes M3–M36, #2–1½". Precision rolled or cut threads, supplied in solution annealed or age-hardened condition (e.g., Inconel 718 per ASTM B637).
Inconel nuts – hex, jam, heavy hex, slotted, castle, and lock nuts. Manufactured to ASME B18.2.2, DIN 934, and aerospace standards (NAS, MS). Inconel 600, 625, 718. Ensures optimal thread engagement and galling resistance. Available with self-locking features (nylon insert or all-metal).
Inconel washers (flat, spring, lock, conical) produced to ASME B18.21.1, DIN 125, NAS 620. Sizes from #2 to 2". Inconel 625 & 718 for high-temperature anti-seize and galvanic isolation. Passivated and electropolished finishes available.
Inconel stud bolts – full-thread, double-end, and tap-end studs. Conforming to ASTM B446 (625), ASTM B637 (718), API 20F, and NACE MR0175. Widely used in flanged connections, pressure vessels, and valve assemblies in oil & gas and chemical plants. Supplied with two heavy hex nuts (ASME B18.2.2).
Inconel threaded rods (fully continuous thread) in lengths up to 3 meters or custom. Grades: 600, 625, 718. Ideal for custom fastening solutions, tie rods, and HVAC ductwork in corrosive/high-temp environments. Compliant with ASTM A479 / ASME SA479 applicable.
Need non-standard dimensions, special drive, or unique head markings? RAYCHIN engineers produce custom Inconel fasteners to your drawings – any grade, any condition (annealed, aged), with full NDT and certification. We serve aerospace, defense, nuclear, and semiconductor industries.
Inconel 718 bolts and Inconel 718 stud bolts used in turbine engine assemblies, landing gear, flight control systems, and rocket motor casings. Withstand 650°C operating temperatures and high vibration loads. Yield strength up to 1270 MPa ensures structural integrity under extreme stress.
Inconel 625 stud bolts and Inconel 718 nuts qualified per NACE MR0175 for wellhead equipment, valve assemblies, and subsea actuators. Resist sulfide stress cracking (SSC) and pitting in H₂S/CO₂ environments at elevated pressures and temperatures up to 200°C.
Inconel fasteners in gas turbines, steam turbines, and nuclear reactors provide reliable joining of casings, flanges, and support structures. Maintain clamping force after thousands of thermal cycles from -200°C to 700°C without relaxation.
Inconel 625 bolts and Inconel 600 threaded rods resist boiling sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid, and chlorinated solvents in reactor agitators, pump shafts, and valve assemblies. Immunity to chloride stress corrosion cracking ensures long-term reliability.
Inconel fasteners in seawater pump couplings, propeller shaft locking devices, and subsea control modules resist pitting and crevice corrosion in saltwater. Zero fastener failures reported after 3+ years continuous offshore operation.
Inconel 601 bolts and Inconel 600 nuts used in furnace fixtures, radiant tubes, and conveyor belts. Superior cyclic oxidation resistance up to 1150°C (2100°F) ensures long service life in air and carburizing atmospheres.
RAYCHIN LIMITED manufactures Inconel fasteners from material conforming to the most widely used national and international specifications. All material is traceable to the mill.
Our Inconel bolts, nuts, screws, washers, stud bolts, and threaded rods are produced from melts conforming to the following limits per ASTM/ASME/AMS.
Metallurgical note: High nickel content (≥50%) provides exceptional resistance to chloride stress corrosion cracking. Chromium (14–23%) ensures oxidation resistance up to 1150°C. Molybdenum (in 625) and Nb+Ti (in 718) contribute to solid‑solution strengthening and precipitation hardening, giving these Inconel fasteners their signature high‑temperature strength and corrosion resistance.
Inconel bolts, nuts, screws, stud bolts, and threaded rods are supplied in solution annealed (600, 625, 601) or age‑hardened (718, X‑750) condition per specification. Data represent typical minimum or range values based on ASTM, AMS, and industry standards. ksi values (kilopound per square inch) are provided alongside MPa.
Inconel superalloys retain significant strength at elevated temperatures, making Inconel fasteners ideal for gas turbines, furnace assemblies, and exhaust systems. Data below demonstrate the superiority of Inconel 718, 625, and 601 for high‑T applications. Strength values are shown in MPa and ksi.
At 650°C, Inconel 718 retains about 80% of its room‑temperature tensile strength, outperforming many other alloys. Inconel 625 and 601 provide outstanding resistance to oxidation and carburization at even higher temperatures, making them excellent choices for high‑temperature fasteners.
The high nickel and chromium content imparts resistance to a wide range of corrosive media: chlorides, acids, and alkalis. Inconel 625 and Inconel 718 fasteners are particularly resistant to pitting and crevice corrosion in seawater and sour environments.
All Inconel bolts, nuts, screws, washers, stud bolts, and threaded rods are manufactured and tested to meet:
We offer surface finishes: passivation (ASTM A967), silver plating (AMS 2410 for anti‑seize), PTFE coating, electropolish, and anodized/MoS2 lubricated for aerospace. Full traceability and destructive/non‑destructive testing available (UT, MPI, PMI).
