RAYCHIN LIMITED is a leading manufacturer of Inconel Bolts – precision fasteners engineered for the most demanding applications where high strength, corrosion resistance, and temperature stability are critical. Our comprehensive range includes Inconel hex head bolts (finished hex, heavy hex), Inconel socket head cap screws (per ASME B18.3, DIN 912), Inconel flange bolts, Inconel T-bolts, Inconel U-bolts, Inconel eye bolts, and custom configurations. Manufactured from premium nickel‑chromium superalloys, these bolts deliver exceptional high‑temperature strength up to 1150°C, outstanding oxidation resistance, and immunity to chloride‑ion stress corrosion cracking. Our portfolio includes all standard and custom configurations manufactured to NAS, AN, MS, ANSI, ASTM, ASME, SAE, API, NACE, ISO, DIN and KS standards. Whether you require Inconel 718 bolts for aerospace turbine assemblies, Inconel 625 bolts for offshore platforms, or Inconel 600 bolts for nuclear applications, RAYCHIN delivers precision, quality, and full traceability. All mechanical properties are presented in MPa and ksi (kilopound per square inch).
Inconel hex head bolts (finished hex) are standard for general assembly. Inconel heavy hex bolts feature larger head dimensions for higher wrenching torque, ideal for pressure vessels and flanged connections. Conform to ASME B18.2.1, DIN 931/933, ISO 4014/4017. Sizes #4 to 4" (M3 to M100). UNC, UNF, metric threads. Full thread or partial thread options.
Inconel socket head cap screws feature a cylindrical head with internal hex drive, providing high torque capacity and clean appearance. Available in inch (NAS1351, NAS1352) and metric (DIN 912, ISO 4762) sizes from #0 to 1½" (M1.6 to M36). Precision rolled threads for superior fatigue life. Ideal for confined spaces and high-strength applications.
Inconel flange bolts combine a hex head with an integral washer flange for load distribution, eliminating the need for separate washers. Serrated flange variants provide additional locking action. Conform to DIN 6921, ISO 4162, SAE J429. Sizes #6 to 1" (M6 to M24). Ideal for automotive, industrial, and structural applications.
Inconel T-bolts are used in T-slot assemblies, structural connections, and clamping applications. Inconel U-bolts are used for pipe clamping, spring mounting, and structural support. Custom formed to customer specifications. Available in all Inconel grades with various thread lengths and configurations.
Inconel eye bolts provide lifting and anchoring points in high-temperature or corrosive environments. Available in plain eye, shoulder eye, and screw eye patterns. Conform to DIN 580, ISO 3266. Sizes M6 to M48. Proof load tested. Ideal for lifting applications in chemical plants, foundries, and marine environments.
Our Inconel bolts meet NAS1802, NAS1351/1352, NAS562, MS16995, MS20073-20083, AN3-AN20, and AN42-AN73. Full compliance with AMS 5662 (718), AMS 5666 (625), AMS 5665 (600), and AMS 5667 (X-750) for material and heat treatment. Silver plating per AMS 2410 available for anti-galling and high-temperature anti-seize.
Inconel 718 bolts used in turbine engine casings, landing gear attachments, flight control systems, and rocket motor components. Withstand 650°C operating temperatures and extreme vibration. Tensile strength up to 1455 MPa ensures structural integrity under high-G maneuvers. Inconel 718 accounts for over 30% of the total mass of a modern aircraft engine.
Inconel 625 bolts and Inconel 718 bolts qualified per NACE MR0175 for wellhead equipment, valve bonnets, subsea actuators, and BOP assemblies. Resist sulfide stress cracking (SSC) and pitting in H₂S/CO₂ environments at elevated pressures and temperatures. Heavy hex bolts used in high-pressure flanged connections.
Inconel bolts in gas turbines, steam turbines, and nuclear reactors provide reliable fastening of casings, flanges, and support structures. Maintain clamping force after thousands of thermal cycles from -200°C to 700°C without relaxation. Inconel 600 offers excellent performance in nuclear service with resistance to high-purity water corrosion.
Inconel 625 bolts resist boiling sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid, and chlorinated solvents in reactor agitators, pump shafts, and valve assemblies. Immunity to chloride stress corrosion cracking ensures long-term reliability in aggressive media. Flange bolts eliminate need for separate washers in sanitary applications.
Inconel bolts in seawater pump couplings, propeller shaft locking devices, and subsea control modules resist pitting and crevice corrosion in saltwater. Zero fastener failures reported after 3+ years continuous offshore operation. Inconel 625 shows almost no attack in seawater environments.
Inconel 601 bolts used in furnace fixtures, radiant tube supports, and conveyor belt hangers. Superior cyclic oxidation resistance up to 1150°C ensures long service life in air and carburizing atmospheres. Inconel 601 forms a tenacious Al₂O₃ scale that resists spallation under thermal cycling.
RAYCHIN LIMITED manufactures Inconel bolts from material conforming to the most widely used national and international specifications. All material is traceable to the mill.
Our Inconel bolts are produced from melts conforming to the following limits per ASTM/ASME/AMS.
Metallurgical note: High nickel content (≥50%) provides exceptional resistance to chloride stress corrosion cracking. Chromium (14–23%) ensures oxidation resistance up to 1150°C. Molybdenum (in 625) and Nb+Ti (in 718/X-750) contribute to solid‑solution strengthening and precipitation hardening. Inconel 718's precipitation-hardened condition provides yield strengths exceeding 1035 MPa (150 ksi), ideal for high-strength bolt applications.
Inconel bolts are supplied in solution annealed (600, 625, 601) or age‑hardened (718, X‑750) condition per specification. Data represent typical values based on ASTM, AMS, and industry standards. ksi values (kilopound per square inch) are provided alongside MPa.
Inconel superalloys retain significant strength at elevated temperatures, making Inconel bolts ideal for gas turbines, furnace fixtures, and exhaust systems. Data below demonstrate the superiority of Inconel 718, 625, and 601 for high‑T applications.
At 650°C, Inconel 718 retains about 80% of its room‑temperature tensile strength, outperforming many other alloys. Inconel 625 and 601 provide outstanding resistance to oxidation and carburization at even higher temperatures, making them excellent choices for high‑temperature bolts.
The high nickel and chromium content imparts resistance to a wide range of corrosive media: chlorides, acids, and alkalis. Inconel 625 and Inconel 718 bolts are particularly resistant to pitting and crevice corrosion in seawater and sour environments.
All Inconel bolts are manufactured and tested to meet:
We offer surface finishes: passivation (ASTM A967), silver plating (AMS 2410 for anti‑seize), PTFE coating, electropolish, and zinc‑nickel plating. Full traceability and destructive/non‑destructive testing available (UT, MPI, PMI). Cleanroom packaging available for semiconductor and medical applications.
