RAYCHIN LIMITED is a recognized expert in Incoloy Torx screws — from Incoloy button head Torx screws, Incoloy flat head Torx screws, Incoloy pan head Torx screws to custom non-standard configurations across all major Incoloy grades. The Torx drive (hexalobular per ISO 10664) features a 6-point star-shaped pattern that provides increased torque transfer and resistance to cam-out compared to Phillips or slotted drives. Incoloy alloys are nickel-iron-chromium superalloys designed for high-temperature and corrosive service. The family includes Incoloy 800 series (800, 800H, 800HT) optimized for high-temperature strength and oxidation resistance up to 1150°C, and Incoloy 825/925 grades with molybdenum and copper additions for exceptional resistance to reducing acids and sour gas environments. The high nickel content ensures resistance to chloride stress corrosion cracking, while chromium provides oxidation resistance. Our portfolio includes Torx screws manufactured to NAS, AN, MS, ANSI, ASTM, ASME, SAE, API, NACE, ISO, DIN and KS standards. Engineered for the most demanding environments where high-temperature strength, corrosion resistance, and superior torque transfer are critical. Incoloy Torx screws are supplied in solution annealed condition (or aged for 925) with full traceability and third-party certifications.
The Torx drive provides more points of contact than other drives, allowing higher installation torque without damaging the recess. The vertical walls of the Torx design transfer torque more efficiently, reducing wear on driver bits and extending tool life. This is particularly important in high-temperature and corrosive environments where reliable fastening is critical.
The star-shaped pattern eliminates the cam-out problem common with Phillips drives, providing positive driver engagement even under high torque. This ensures consistent installation torque and prevents damage to the screw head during assembly or disassembly in difficult working conditions.
The Torx drive design reduces wear on driver bits compared to other drive systems, providing longer tool life and more consistent torque application during assembly. The 15-degree drive angle and vertical side walls distribute forces evenly, minimizing bit wear.
Incoloy Torx screws are available in multiple head styles to suit various applications: button head for low-profile smooth appearance, flat head for flush mounting, and pan head for general purpose fastening. All styles feature precision-formed Torx drives for maximum torque transfer.
Incoloy button head Torx screws manufactured to DIN 7380 and ISO 7380 standards. Ideal for general-purpose fastening in corrosive environments where aesthetics and torque transfer are important. Available in sizes from M2 to M24 and #2 to 1".
Incoloy tamper-resistant Torx screws feature a modified Torx drive with a center pin that prevents standard Torx bits from engaging. Designed for security applications where unauthorized access must be prevented in corrosive environments. Available in button head, flat head, and pan head configurations. Ideal for chemical processing equipment, nuclear facilities, and critical infrastructure requiring tamper-proof fasteners. Sizes from M3 to M20.
