RAYCHIN LIMITED is a recognized expert in Alloy 330 screws — from Alloy 330 hex head screws, Alloy 330 socket head cap screws, Alloy 330 set screws to custom non-standard configurations. Alloy 330 (UNS N08330) is an austenitic nickel-iron-chromium superalloy with silicon addition, specifically designed for high-temperature service up to 1150°C (2100°F). This alloy offers exceptional resistance to carburization, oxidation, and thermal shock, making it the preferred material for screws in heat treating equipment, furnace components, gas turbines, petrochemical processing, and other high-temperature industrial applications. The alloy's high nickel content (34-37%) provides excellent resistance to chloride stress corrosion cracking and maintains a stable austenitic structure at all temperatures. Silicon addition (0.75-1.5%) enhances oxidation and carburization resistance at elevated temperatures. Our portfolio includes screws manufactured to NAS, AN, MS, ANSI, ASTM, ASME, SAE, API, NACE, ISO, DIN and KS standards. Engineered for extreme environments where high-temperature strength and corrosion resistance are critical. Alloy 330 screws are supplied in solution annealed condition with full traceability and third-party certifications.
Alloy 330 hex head screws manufactured to DIN 931 (partial thread), DIN 933 (full thread), ISO 4014, ISO 4017, and ASME B18.2.1 standards. Features a six-sided head for external wrenching, providing high torque capability and positive drive. Ideal for high-temperature applications up to 1150°C in furnace components, heat exchangers, and structural assemblies. Available in sizes from M6 to M48 (metric) and 1/4" to 2" (inch) in various lengths. Precision rolled threads for superior strength and high-temperature performance. Supplied in solution annealed condition per ASTM B511.
Alloy 330 socket head cap screws manufactured to DIN 912, ISO 4762, and ASME B18.3 standards. Features a cylindrical head with hex socket drive, providing high clamping force and clean appearance. The controlled fillet under the head reduces stress concentration and improves fatigue life in thermal cycling applications. Ideal for high-temperature service up to 1150°C in gas turbines, heat treating fixtures, and industrial furnaces. Available in sizes from M3 to M36 (metric) and #0 to 1-1/2" (inch). Precision rolled threads for superior fatigue resistance.
Alloy 330 set screws available with cup point (DIN 916, ISO 4026), cone point (DIN 914, ISO 4027), flat point (DIN 913, ISO 4028), and half-dog point (DIN 915, ISO 4029). Designed for securing rotating parts in high-temperature environments such as furnace rollers, heat treating fixtures, and thermal processing equipment. Available with hex socket or slotted drive. Sizes from M3 to M24 and #0 to 1". Excellent resistance to thermal cycling and carburizing atmospheres.
Alloy 330 maintains useful mechanical properties up to 1150°C (2100°F). At 800°C, tensile strength remains at 150-200 MPa, significantly higher than standard stainless steels. Excellent creep strength at 980°C with 15-20 MPa for 1000 hours.
Silicon addition (0.75-1.5%) enhances resistance to carburizing and oxidizing atmospheres up to 1150°C. Chromium forms a protective Cr₂O₃ scale, while silicon contributes to a complex silicate layer that provides exceptional protection in aggressive environments.
Stable austenitic structure at all temperatures provides excellent resistance to thermal shock and thermal fatigue. Low thermal expansion coefficient (14.4-18.0 x 10⁻⁶/°C) matches many ceramics and reduces stress during thermal cycling.
With 34-37% nickel content, Alloy 330 offers practical immunity to chloride stress corrosion cracking, making it suitable for applications where both high temperature and chlorides are present.
Remains fully austenitic at all temperatures without sigma phase embrittlement. Magnetic permeability ≤ 1.02, suitable for non-magnetic applications.
High elongation (40-50% at room temperature, 25-35% at 1000°C) ensures good formability and resistance to thermal fatigue cracking.
Our Alloy 330 screws meet or exceed the following specifications:

To serve clients worldwide, RAYCHIN LIMITED manufactures Alloy 330 screws from material conforming to the following national and international specifications.
UNS N08330 1.4886 ASTM B511 ASME SB511 AMS 5716 RA330 Incoloy 330 NS3303
Our Alloy 330 screws are produced from melts that strictly conform to the limits below per ASTM B511 / AMS 5716. The high nickel content provides immunity to chloride stress corrosion cracking and ensures austenitic stability. Chromium provides oxidation resistance, while silicon addition enhances carburization resistance at elevated temperatures.
Expert note: The high nickel content (34-37%) ensures a stable austenitic structure at all temperatures, eliminating sigma phase embrittlement concerns. Silicon addition (0.75-1.5%) is critical for enhanced carburization resistance in furnace environments. Low carbon content (<0.08%) prevents sensitization and maintains corrosion resistance.
Alloy 330 screws are supplied in the solution annealed condition (1038-1121°C followed by rapid cooling). The data below represent minimum requirements per ASTM B511 / AMS 5716 unless otherwise noted.
Alloy 330 maintains useful mechanical properties at elevated temperatures up to approximately 1150°C (2100°F), making it ideal for furnace components and high-temperature processing equipment.
While Alloy 330 is primarily selected for high-temperature strength, it also offers good corrosion resistance in many environments due to its high nickel and chromium content.
Alloy 330 screws offer excellent resistance to oxidation up to 1150°C (2100°F) in air and combustion atmospheres. The chromium forms a protective Cr₂O₃ scale, while silicon contributes to a complex silicate layer that provides exceptional protection in aggressive environments.
The silicon addition (0.75-1.5%) provides outstanding resistance to carburization and nitriding at elevated temperatures. Alloy 330 screws are widely used in furnace components and heat treating fixtures where carbonaceous atmospheres are present.
For critical applications requiring exceptional high-temperature strength and carburization resistance, RAYCHIN offers Alloy 330 screws manufactured to ASTM, ASME, NACE, and customer-specific specifications. Our capabilities include:
