RAYCHIN LIMITED is a leading manufacturer of Inconel Washers – precision components designed to distribute load, prevent loosening, and provide bearing surfaces in critical bolted assemblies. These Inconel washers are available in a comprehensive range of types including flat washers (plain), split lock washers, tooth lock washers (internal/external), spring washers (Belleville, curved, wave), and sealing washers. Manufactured from premium nickel‑chromium superalloys, they deliver exceptional high‑temperature strength up to 1150°C, outstanding oxidation resistance, and immunity to chloride‑ion stress corrosion cracking. Our portfolio includes all standard and custom configurations manufactured to NAS, AN, MS, ANSI, ASTM, ASME, SAE, API, NACE, ISO, DIN and KS standards. Whether you require Inconel 718 washers for aerospace turbine assemblies, Inconel 625 washers for offshore platforms, or Inconel 600 washers for nuclear applications, RAYCHIN delivers precision, quality, and full traceability. All mechanical properties are presented in MPa and ksi (kilopound per square inch).
Inconel flat washers provide a smooth bearing surface, distribute clamp load, and prevent galling between fastener and mating material. Available in inch (US) and metric sizes from #0 to 4" (M2 to M100). Conforms to ANSI B18.22.1, DIN 125, DIN 9021, ISO 7089, ISO 7090, and NAS 620. Thickness options: light, medium, heavy duty.
Inconel split lock washers (helical spring) feature a split cut with opposing edges that bite into the fastener and mating surface under load, preventing loosening from vibration. Available in regular and heavy patterns. Sizes #2 to 2" (M2 to M48). Conforms to ASME B18.21.1, DIN 127, and aerospace specifications.
Inconel tooth lock washers (internal/external) feature serrated teeth that provide positive locking action. Internal tooth for smaller head diameters, external tooth for larger bearing area. Ideal for applications requiring frequent disassembly. Sizes #2 to 1" (M2 to M24). Conforms to ASME B18.21.1, DIN 6797, and MS35335.
Inconel spring washers provide controlled flexibility, maintain tension under thermal cycling, and compensate for bolt relaxation. Belleville washers deliver high loads in small spaces; curved and wave washers for lighter spring forces. Inconel 718 and X-750 grades retain spring properties to 700°C. Conforms to DIN 2092, DIN 2093, and aerospace standards.
Our Inconel washers meet NAS 620 (flat), NAS 1149 (flat), MS35335 (lock), MS35338 (lock), AN960 (flat), AN970 (large area), and AN935 (lock). Full compliance with AMS 5662 (718), AMS 5666 (625), AMS 5665 (600), and AMS 5667 (X-750) for material and heat treatment.
Need a special ID/OD combination, non-standard thickness, or proprietary stamping? RAYCHIN engineers design and produce custom Inconel washers to your exact specifications – any Inconel grade, any heat treat condition (annealed, spring temper), with full material traceability. Prototype to production volumes supported.
Inconel 718 washers used in turbine engine casing joints, landing gear assemblies, flight control systems, and missile components. Withstand 650°C operating temperatures and extreme vibration. Spring washers maintain bolt preload during thermal cycling. Inconel X-750 is widely used for high-temperature spring washers in jet engines.
Inconel 625 washers and Inconel 718 washers qualified per NACE MR0175 for wellhead equipment, valve bonnets, and subsea actuators. Flat washers distribute clamp load in high-pressure flanges; lock washers prevent loosening in BOP assemblies. Resist sulfide stress cracking (SSC) in H₂S/CO₂ environments.
Inconel washers in gas turbines, steam turbines, and nuclear reactors provide reliable load distribution and locking. Belleville washers compensate for differential thermal expansion in bolted joints. Inconel 600 offers excellent performance in nuclear service with resistance to high-purity water corrosion.
Inconel 625 washers resist boiling sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid, and chlorinated solvents in reactor agitators, pump housings, and valve assemblies. PTFE-coated washers available for additional chemical resistance. Tooth lock washers prevent loosening in high-vibration pump applications.
Inconel washers in seawater pump couplings, propeller shaft bearings, and subsea control modules resist pitting and crevice corrosion in saltwater. Large OD washers (AN970 style) distribute load on composite or aluminum structures in marine environments.
Inconel 601 washers used in furnace fixtures, radiant tube supports, and conveyor belt hangers. Superior cyclic oxidation resistance up to 1150°C ensures long service life in air and carburizing atmospheres. Inconel 601 forms a tenacious Al₂O₃ scale that resists spallation under thermal cycling.
RAYCHIN LIMITED manufactures Inconel washers from material conforming to the most widely used national and international specifications. All material is traceable to the mill.
Our Inconel washers are produced from melts conforming to the following limits per ASTM/ASME/AMS.
Metallurgical note: High nickel content (≥50%) provides exceptional resistance to chloride stress corrosion cracking. Chromium (14–23%) ensures oxidation resistance up to 1150°C. Molybdenum (in 625) and Nb+Ti (in 718/X-750) contribute to solid‑solution strengthening and precipitation hardening. Inconel X-750 and 718 are precipitation-hardenable, allowing spring washers to maintain high load capacity at elevated temperatures. Inconel 625 is solid-solution strengthened and requires no heat treatment for corrosion resistance.
Inconel washers are supplied in solution annealed (600, 625, 601) or age‑hardened (718, X‑750) condition per specification. Data represent typical values based on ASTM, AMS, and industry standards. ksi values (kilopound per square inch) are provided alongside MPa.
Inconel superalloys retain significant strength at elevated temperatures, making Inconel washers ideal for furnace fixtures, gas turbine joints, and exhaust system assemblies. Data below demonstrate the superiority of Inconel 718, 625, and 601 for high‑T applications.
At 650°C, Inconel 718 retains about 80% of its room‑temperature tensile strength, outperforming many other alloys. Inconel X-750 is specifically designed for spring applications at elevated temperatures, offering excellent relaxation resistance. Inconel 625 and 601 provide outstanding resistance to oxidation and carburization at even higher temperatures, making them excellent choices for high‑temperature washers in furnace and heat treat applications.
The high nickel and chromium content imparts resistance to a wide range of corrosive media: chlorides, acids, and alkalis. Inconel 625 and Inconel 718 washers are particularly resistant to pitting and crevice corrosion in seawater and sour environments.
All Inconel washers are manufactured and tested to meet:
We offer surface finishes: passivation (ASTM A967), silver plating (AMS 2410 for anti‑seize), PTFE coating, electropolish, and zinc‑nickel plating. Full traceability and destructive/non‑destructive testing available (UT, MPI, PMI).
