RAYCHIN LIMITED is a premier manufacturer of Alloy 330 Hex Bolts. Designed for demanding furnace environments, these bolts feature a six‑head head for easy installation with standard wrenches. Our Alloy 330 hex bolts withstand oxidation, carburization, and thermal shock up to 1150°C. Available in finished hex, heavy hex, and structural styles, with full or partial thread. Manufactured to NAS, AN, MS, ANSI, ASTM, ASME, SAE, API, NACE, ISO, DIN, KS – or fully custom to your drawing. Supplied with matching Alloy 330 hex nuts upon request.
Alloy 330 finished hex bolts feature a chamfered point and closer tolerances for general-purpose high-temperature fastening. Ideal for furnace assemblies and heat treating fixtures.
Sizes: #4 to 2" (M3 to M48)
Lengths: 1/4" to 12" (6mm to 300mm)
Alloy 330 heavy hex bolts have larger head dimensions for higher torque applications. Commonly used in flange connections and structural furnace supports.
Sizes: 1/2" to 4" (M12 to M100)
Alloy 330 structural bolts offer high clamping force for load-bearing connections in high-temperature structures and framework.
Grades: Custom to order
Alloy 330 tap-end stud bolts feature a longer thread on one end for permanent installation, with hex nut on the opposite end. Ideal for furnace covers and removable fixtures.
Alloy 330 hex head cap screws provide precision-threaded fastening for machinery and equipment in high-temperature processing lines.
Alloy 330 custom hex bolts manufactured to customer prints: special head heights, reduced body diameters, extra-long lengths, and left-hand threads.
Our Alloy 330 Hex Bolts are manufactured from material meeting these worldwide specifications:
UNS N08330 1.4886 X12NiCrSi35-16 ASTM B511 AMS 5592 AMS 5716 SUH330 NAS 330 AN 330
Our Alloy 330 hex bolts are produced from certified melts conforming to ASTM B511 / B536 limits:
All hex bolts are supplied in the solution annealed condition (1038‑1066°C / water quench). Minimum tensile requirements per ASTM B511 for bar stock used in fasteners:
Alloy 330 is specifically formulated for elevated temperature service. The following data represent short‑time elevated temperature yield strength (0.2% offset) and stress rupture properties:
Oxidation resistance: Continuous service in air up to 1150°C (2100°F); excellent resistance to scaling, carburization, and nitriding. The alloy remains fully austenitic at all temperatures, ensuring dimensional stability.
While Alloy 330 is optimized for high‑temperature environments, it offers good resistance to many corrosive conditions:
Our Alloy 330 hex bolts are hot forged or CNC machined from solution-annealed bar stock. Threads are rolled for improved grain flow and fatigue resistance. Each lot undergoes solution annealing (1038‑1066°C) and water quenching to guarantee optimum high‑temperature properties. Dimensional inspection ensures compliance with ASME/ISO standards.
Full traceability from melt to finished product. Certificates EN 10204 3.1/3.2. NDT (PT, MT, UT) available on request. Our quality system: ISO 9001:2015, AS9100D. We also comply with NAS, AN, MS, ANSI, ASTM, ASME, SAE, API, NACE, ISO, DIN, KS, JIS, GB. Custom hex bolts welcome.
Our Alloy 330 hex bolts are widely used in demanding high‑temperature assemblies:
We also supply matching Alloy 330 heavy hex nuts, flat washers, and threaded rods for complete high‑temperature bolting sets.
Engineers specializing in high‑temperature alloys. We guarantee proper solution annealing and rapid quench for every Alloy 330 hex bolt. In‑house PMI and mechanical testing.
ISO 9001:2015, AS9100D. Extensive stock of inch & metric sizes, finished and heavy hex. Fast turnaround for prototypes and emergency shutdowns.
Special head heights, non‑standard lengths, reduced shank, left‑hand threads, and custom drive configurations. High‑temperature anti‑seize coatings available.
