At RAYCHIN LIMITED, as leading Inconel fasteners manufacturers and trusted Inconel bolts suppliers, we specialize in providing high-quality Inconel bolts, Inconel screws, and Inconel nuts for the most demanding industrial applications. Our comprehensive range includes grades like Inconel 718, Inconel 625, and Inconel 600/601.
Inconel fasteners are renowned for their exceptional strength and ability to retain that strength at elevated temperatures. The mechanical properties vary by grade but are superior to standard stainless steels.
Inconel 718 Fasteners & Inconel 718 Bolts: This is our most popular grade for high-strength applications. Typical room temperature tensile strength is ≥ 1300 MPa (190 ksi) yield strength. They maintain high strength up to about 650°C (1200°F).
Inconel 625 Fasteners & Alloy 625 Bolts: Known for excellent toughness and a good balance of strength. Typical room temperature tensile strength is ≥ 690 MPa (100 ksi) yield strength. They offer excellent creep and rupture strength.
Inconel 600/601 Fasteners: These grades offer good mechanical properties and are known for their resistance to high-temperature corrosion. Their strength is maintained at high temperatures, though they are not as strong as Inconel 718 at lower temperatures.
Specific mechanical properties for Inconel socket head cap screws, Inconel threaded rod, and other components are certified to meet relevant standards.
The defining characteristic of Inconel fasteners is their ability to perform under extreme heat and pressure.
Continuous Service: Most Inconel fasteners can operate continuously in temperatures ranging from up to 700°C (1290°F) for Inconel 718 and up to 980°C (1800°F) for Inconel 601.
Oxidation Resistance: They form a stable, adherent oxide layer that protects the base metal from further degradation, making them ideal for high-temperature environments.
The performance stems from a nickel-chromium matrix enhanced with other elements.
Inconel 718 Fasteners: Ni (50-55%), Cr (17-21%), Fe (balance), Nb+Ta (4.75-5.5%), Mo (2.8-3.3%), Ti (0.65-1.15%)
Inconel 625 Fasteners (Alloy 625 Bolts): Ni (≥58%), Cr (20-23%), Mo (8-10%), Nb+Ta (3.15-4.15%), Fe (≤5%)
Inconel 600 Bolts: Ni (≥72%), Cr (14-17%), Fe (6-10%)
Inconel 601 Fasteners: Ni (58-63%), Cr (21-25%), Fe (balance), Al (1.0-1.7%)
At RAYCHIN LIMITED, we ensure all our fasteners, including Inconel rivets, Inconel washers, and Inconel dowel pins, conform to international standards for material, dimensions, and quality.
ASTM Standards:
Inconel 718 Bolts: ASTM B637 (for bar used in machining), ASTM F593 (for stainless steel bolts, often referenced for Inconel in specific conditions).
Inconel 625 Bolts: ASTM B446, ASTM B564.
Dimensional Standards: ASME/ANSI B18.2.1 (for Inconel socket head cap screws), ASME B18.22.1 (for Inconel flat washers).
Aerospace Standards: AMS (Aerospace Material Specifications) such as AMS 5662 (Inconel 718) and AMS 5666 (Inconel 625) are commonly specified.
Other Standards: ISO, DIN, and customer-specific drawings.
We supply a full suite of Inconel fasteners, including:
